LawnAI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the LawnAI mobile application for AI-powered lawn and yard diagnosis.

Information We Collect

Account information: Email address and password when you register
Lawn photos: Photos you submit for AI diagnosis (not permanently stored after analysis)
Diagnosis history: Past diagnoses, conditions identified, and treatment notes
Lawn profile: Grass type, yard size, region, and problem type you provide
Usage data: Screens visited and features used within the app
Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version

Photo Analysis and AI Consent

Photos you submit for lawn diagnosis are sent to our AI system for analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers after analysis is complete. Before any photo is processed, you will be explicitly asked for your consent. You may decline AI analysis at any time.

To diagnose lawn problems and generate treatment recommendations using AI
To provide, maintain, and improve the LawnAI service
To process your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play

Data Storage and Security

Your account and diagnosis history are stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant cloud database provider. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.

Subscriptions and Payments

LawnAI offers a monthly subscription at $4.99/month. All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment card information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the app.

Correction: Update your information through account settings
Deletion: Delete your account and all data via Settings > Delete Account
Opt-out: Decline AI photo analysis at any time

Children's Privacy

LawnAI is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
