Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LawnAI. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You may not share your account with others

Photo Submission and AI Analysis

By submitting a lawn photo for AI diagnosis, you:

• Consent to your photo being processed by our AI system
• Confirm you own or have rights to submit the photo
• Acknowledge that AI diagnosis results are suggestions only, not professional advice
• Understand that diagnosis accuracy may vary depending on photo quality and conditions

You may decline AI photo analysis at any time and still use other app features such as seasonal tips and the grass type guide.

Subscription and Billing

LawnAI offers a monthly subscription at $4.99/month with a 7-day free trial.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Your subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Play Store settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Free trial converts to paid subscription automatically unless canceled before the trial ends

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit photos that do not depict your own lawn or yard
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its servers
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information
• Circumvent subscription or payment requirements

AI Diagnosis Disclaimer

LawnAI uses artificial intelligence to analyze lawn photos and provide diagnosis and treatment suggestions. AI-generated diagnoses are for informational purposes only. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and lawn conditions. For serious lawn issues or professional landscaping decisions, always consult a certified lawn care professional.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in LawnAI — including AI-generated diagnoses, text, graphics, and code — are owned by ClearPass Technologies, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

LawnAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI-generated lawn diagnoses will resolve any particular lawn issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearPass Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated diagnoses.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
